This project consisted of Camden Park which featured 6 - 3 story breezeway apartment buildings totaling 168 units with a clubhouse, pool and 2 garages for tenant use. Adjacent to Camden Park, we constructed a 130 unit 3 story active adult facility that featured a quaint common area named "The Village" which included a salon, fitness room, wellness room, family room, game room, craft room, business center, multi-purpose room, and a pet care area.

Roslovic Building Company constructed this130,000 square foot warehouse for Franklin International in Groveport Ohio. This single-story 35" interior clearance warehouse provides space to warehouse Franklin's finished caulking and adhesive products. This warehouse marks the second distribution center at Franklin's Groveport Road Campus.
