John E. Roslovic, President of Pre-Construction Services |
| John is responsible for all pre-construction
activity at Roslovic & Partners, Inc. His responsibilities include negotiations, project costing, project pre-planning, marketing, and company growth. After earning a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State
University, John began his career with Henry C. Beck Construction Co. working there two and a half years. There he worked on large-scale development projects which included
Bayside Marketplace in Miami and Union Station in St. Louis. In 1988,
he joined his father's construction firm in Columbus. John is active in
the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Garden, Young Entrepreneurs
Organization, Columbus School for Girls, and development for the Ohio
State University Heart Hospital. |

Dan F. Roslovic, President of Construction Services
|
| Dan is responsible for all construction related activity at Roslovic & Partners, Inc.
His responsibilities include project management, project purchasing, project accounting, and all field activities. After earning
a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, Dan began his career with
Galbreath Development and Construction, working there for three years. There he worked on projects such as the new State
Teachers Office Building, and Hyatt at Capitol Square in Columbus. He
joined his father's construction firm in Columbus in 1988. He is involved in the Bexley Board of
Zoning Appeals and Athletic Club of Columbus, and was president of St.
Stevan's Church for three years. |
