Kroger
Project: 80,000 sf, plus 3,000 sf for tenant space

Location: New Albany , OH
Hampstead Village consisted of a new 80,000 sf Kroger Superstore, and 3,000 sf in additional tenant space. The 7 million dollar project is located at the crossroads of S.R. 161 and New Albany Road. The project required strict scheduling in order to meet the various opening dates for Kroger and 20 tenants. The city of New Albany's review board sets high standards for the city's new project, and they provided input throughout construction.
