This project consisted of a new manufacturing and office facility. As the client was operating within tight budget constraints, innovative methods were utilized to provide the client with the best building at a reasonable cost.

Hanson Pipe

Project: 60,000 sf manufactuting, 5,000 sf office space

This project is being built for the production of concrete pipes up to 15 feet in diameter. In addition to the 60,000 sf for production, and an additional 5,000 sf of office space will be included to support the companys Midwestern branches.
