This project was a renovation of the existing facility, as well as an addition. An extra 200 rooms, 50 of which were Alzheimers, 50 special care and 100 full care rooms were constructed. Strategic planning minimized disruptions to residents and staff during the renovation.

Adena Health Care Systems

Project: 1,500 sf addition

Location: Chillicothe, OH

This project involved adding an additional operative room and catherization lab in the existing hospital. Roslovic Construction alone with Design Group, Inc. handled the preliminary planning, design and construction documents. This project entailed coordination and assistance to the hospital for all of their equipment, strict adherence to infection control, and a tight holiday schedule.
