Location: Dublin, OH

This dealership was in need of a face lift due to a change in ownership. An extensive value engineering analysis was completed to determine the most efficient and economical conversion. Construction parameters were limited due to strict new building codes regulations rigorously enforced by the city of Dublin.

Vallery Ford (now Coughlin)

Project: 37,000 sf

Owner: Vallery Auto Group

Architect: James A. Monsul Associates/Roslovic & Partners, Inc.

Location: Chillicothe, OH

This project was to simultaneously construct two dealerships in a five month period. Together these building totaled 37,000 sf of office, service, and show room areas. Both facilities were Ford Motor and General Motors prototypes and thus their unique designs called for the construction of a circular showroom.
