our history
Roslovic Building Co. has been building for over 40 years!
Created and continued with the central spirit, commitment and vision of a family Roslovic Building Company provides construction management and general construction services in Ohio and the broader Midwest region.
The company was formed in 1967 by the late Nick Roslovic. Nick earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1951 and began his career with Peter Kiewet Construction. He continued with Gilbane Building Co., for whom he worked as a project manager on sites in Rhode Island, Kentucky, and Ohio. In 1962, he moved his family to Columbus, Ohio to work with the Morris Skilken Co. Nick and Lee Skilken teamed up in 1967 as Skilken-Roslovic, Inc., which evolved into today's Roslovic Building Company. The company continues to grow and strengthen, melding our time-honored traditions with the dynamic forces and technology of the future.
The essence of our family business empowers our entire team, which focuses squarely on a client's individual needs with leadership and integrity. Our professionals have a combined 150 years of expertise in medical, industrial and commercial construction, and work with clients every step of the way, from pre-planning, and design phases to scheduling, budgeting and solving challenges.
Firmly rooted in the central Ohio community, we take pride in getting involved. Roslovic Building Company and our employees are active in many diverse local organizations, including the Ohio State University Heart Hospital Development Team, the Columbus Association of the Performing Arts, Franklin Park Conservatory, and the Columbus Greater Chamber of Commerce.
